Entrust Investments, LLC is a Nashville-based property management and real estate development company. It has operated since 2016, and it manages manufactured homes, single-family homes and small multifamily property across Nashville, Franklin, Clarksville and Columbia.
## What we manage
Entrust manages homes it owns and homes owned by its clients, to the same standard. A resident deals with Entrust either way: the same phone number, the same maintenance process, the same lease terms.
The portfolio is residential and it is local, and it spans manufactured homes and manufactured home communities as well as site-built houses. Entrust is not a national manager operating a Middle Tennessee branch, and there is no call centre in another state.
## How we work
- Repairs are tracked, not remembered. A request is logged against the unit with a status, so what was reported and what happened to it is written down rather than held in someone's head.
- Rent is paid online. Bank transfer (ACH) costs the resident nothing, because Entrust pays that fee. Debit or credit card carries 2.99% of the payment, shown before a payment is confirmed.
- The same people answer the phone. Entrust is a small company, and the person taking a maintenance call is likely to be the person who arranges the repair.
- Notice before entry, every time. Except in an emergency, notice is given before anyone enters a home, in the period the lease and Tennessee law require.
