Entrust Investments, LLC intends this website to be usable by everyone, including people using a screen reader, keyboard navigation or magnification.

## The standard

The site targets WCAG 2.1 Level AA.

## What that means in practice

- Text contrast is measured rather than assumed, and colour is never the only way information is conveyed.
- Every interactive control is reachable and operable from a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator.
- Headings describe the structure of a page rather than its appearance, and images carry alternative text.
- Touch targets are large enough to hit on a phone, which is how most residents arrive.

## Third-party services

Parts of the resident experience run on Innago, which Entrust does not control. Where a barrier appears in a third-party service, Entrust will help complete the task another way while raising it with the vendor.

## Reporting a barrier

Report a barrier to contact@entrustinvestments.com or (615) 488-8784. Describe the page and what could not be done, and an alternative way to complete the task will be offered while the barrier is fixed.
