> Entrust Investments, LLC is an equal housing opportunity provider: how applications are considered, and how to request a reasonable accommodation.

Last updated: August 24, 2026.

Entrust Investments, LLC is an equal housing opportunity provider. Homes are advertised, applications are considered and tenancies are managed without regard to a protected characteristic.

## Protected classes

Federal fair housing law prohibits discrimination on the basis of race, colour, national origin, religion, sex including sexual orientation and gender identity, familial status and disability. Tennessee law applies the same protections. Entrust applies them in advertising, in screening and in the day-to-day management of a tenancy.

## How applications are considered

Applications are measured against written criteria applied the same way to every applicant, in the order applications are received. The criteria are published at https://entrust.investments/rentals/criteria.md so they can be read before an application fee is paid.

## Reasonable accommodations and modifications

A person with a disability may request a change to a rule, policy, practice or service, or permission to make a physical modification, where it is needed to use and enjoy the home. Making the request is a right, it does not count against an application or a tenancy, and an assistance animal is never treated as a pet or charged a pet fee.

Requests go to contact@entrustinvestments.com or (615) 488-8784.

## If something has gone wrong

A concern can be raised with Entrust on (615) 488-8784, and it can be raised with HUD independently of Entrust at any time, at https://www.hud.gov/fairhousing or on 1-800-669-9777. Contacting HUD does not require going through Entrust first.
