Entrust Investments, LLC staff can get Entrust Front Desk alerts by text when a resident call or a property issue needs staff attention, including overnight. Signing up is optional, it is not a condition of employment, and you can stop it at any time.

How to stop them
Reply STOP to (615) 909-5400 and the messages end. Replying HELP reaches a person, as does calling (615) 617-4011 or emailing homes@entrustinvestments.com.
Saying no changes nothing
Agreeing is optional. It is not a condition of employment, engagement, assignment or pay, and saying no changes nothing about your job. Stopping the texts does not remove any duty you have to respond by phone.
How your number is handled
When you sign up we record your name, your number, the exact wording you were shown, its version, and the date and time, so that consent can be produced on request. How the information is held is in the privacy policy.
